Kurt Cobain, diffuso un mixtape inedito del 1988

Cosa ascoltava Kurt Cobain prima di diventare una stella del grunge? La risposta in un mixtape pubblicato in questi giorni dal sito Dangerous Mind.

La playlist, intitolata Montage of heck, fu compilata da Cobain nel 1988, un anno prima del debutto dei Nirvana con Bleach: si tratta di un mix a tratti confuso di suoni e frammenti di varia natura. Tra le canzoni che compaiono, Eruption dei Van Halen, Hot pants di James Brown, Wild thing nella versione di William Shatner, I want your sex di George Michael e Running to the hills degli Iron Maiden. In aggiunta, pianti di bambino, Jimi Hendrix che parla durante il festival di Monterey, Fred Flinstone e Daniel Johnston che strilla su Satana.
