In occasione dei 25 anni dall’uscita di Document, il 25 settembre i R.E.M. pubblicheranno un’edizione speciale del disco. Due i formati disponibili: box di due CD e ristampa in vinile a 180 grammi. L’edizione in CD, in particolare, oltre alla tracklist completamente rimasterizzata, conterrà nuove note firmate dal giornalista David Daley, quattro cartoline e la registrazione di un live del 1987 ad Utrecht, in Olanda.
