I Manic Street Preachers pubblicheranno il 16 settembre il nuovo disco, Rewind the film.
L’album, presentato dalla band come la versione “serenamente invecchiata” di This is my truth tell me yours (1998), è uno dei due dischi su cui la formazione inglese ha annunciato di essere al lavoro. A giudicare dal primo singolo estratto, intitolato proprio Rewind the film, dovrebbe trattarsi dell’album più acustico dei due (l’altro, ha dichiarato il cantante James Dean Bradfield, è più vicino al krautrock).
Il singolo Rewind the film si avvale del featuring di Richard Hawley; nel resto del disco, invece, figurano anche Lucy Rose e Cate Le Bon. Ecco, nell’ordine, tracklist e clip:
